Metal Plating
We offer a variety of different services to our clients. Currently, we are able to work with surtec, zinc and clear, iridite, nickel, and tin. So no matter what kind of finishing you are looking for on your product(s), we will be able to work to meet your exact specifications. Metal Polishing
Reflective and grained finishes for tube profiles and other stainless steel or copper-based components are available from the Timeless professional polishing team. If your bespoke metalwork requires polishing post fabrication, our talented in-house polishing department may be able to help. Timeless boast a fully-equipped polishing studio where we hand-polish tubing and other metalwork for a variety of clients, including architects, boat manufacturers, lighting designers, interior designers, restorers, aerospace professionals, brewers and private clients.

Metal Precision Components
Manufactured to the tightest tolerances and to the highest cosmetic finishes. Finishes include: Sand blast, brush, polish, heat treatment, grinding. Medical microbial cleaning. Anodising - Tolerance to several microns, clear or coloured. Electroless Nickel Plating, Chrome, Silver. Zinc, Stainless Steel. Powder Coating / E-Coating. Die Casting, Vacuum, Sand, Investment Cast. Metal Pressing
We have almost 150 years experience in metal pressing / stamping. We provide serial production volume metal pressings by utilising our power presses, with our largest bed size of 3000mm x 1780mm. Our metal pressing service focus on fast automated production methods, producing thousands of metal components per hour.

Metric Press Fit Slotted Locator Bush
Boneham's 'SL Type' Slotted locator bushes are designed for use with BONEHAM's 'L-Pins' or 'T-Pins'. Used as a configuration with a standard Boneham concentric and high tolerance bush. Slotted locator bushes allow for relief in a lateral direction during alignment, whilst maintaining accurate tolerance in the other direction.

Micro/Small Part Moulding
With investment being a large part of the Plastic Parts Direct philosophy we now have the capability to both machine small part mould tools and produce micro/small parts with a weight of between 0.1g and 7g this is in addition to our standard capacity of up to 500g part weight. Using a mix of 3D printing and high speed CNC machining we can produce tooling for our standard bases, this ensures that the cost of tooling is reduced and the time to market is also compressed.
