These unique non-circular tubular geometries expand the range of design options available for heat-transfer applications. Positioned as enabling solutions rather than fixed designs, the profiles allow engineers to explore alternative balances between thermal behaviour, component size, and system layout. Flat-sided oval coils Timeless Tube's engineers have developed a technique of successfully forming and fabricating flat-sided oval tubes into coils, which are configurable with coil turns in either plane. These coils offer a compact arrangement with increased surface density and improved positional stability relative to circular coils. This supports tighter coil packing and reduced overall space requirements, creating opportunities for more compact heat-exchange components in space-restricted environments. Non-circular twisted tubes New twisted hexagon and twisted cruciform tubes join Timeless Tube's twisted oval tubes as a family of innovative profiles that open up new possibilities for thermal system design. These rotating profiles alter internal and external surface interaction along the tube length. Rather than relying on added fins, inserts, or secondary heat-transfer features, they offer opportunities to: - Improve utilisation of available tube surface area - Encourage enhanced interaction between fluid and tube wall - Enable more compact heat-transfer components through tighter packing and reduced overall space requirements. The tube geometries are intended for use in a wide range of heat-transfer and thermally driven applications, including heat exchangers, condensers, compact cooling assemblies, and space-restricted mechanical systems. They are currently available in stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

High-Performance Epoxy Resin for Electrical Protection NP1010 epoxy resin is specifically formulated as an electrical insulating epoxy, delivering excellent dielectric and thermal properties. With a volume resistivity of 10¹⁴ ohm.cm and an electrical strength of approximately 15 kV/mm, it provides long-term protection against electrical leakage, short circuits, and environmental stress. The cured resin demonstrates a Shore D hardness of 80, ensuring mechanical robustness while maintaining dimensional stability. With an operating temperature range from -40°C to +130°C (continuous, geometry dependent), this epoxy resin performs reliably across a wide range of service conditions.

The system is formulated to bond well to hard plastics and properly prepared metals, offering reliable adhesion across a wide range of substrates commonly used in lighting and electronic assemblies. Flexible, Tough & Impact Resistant Unlike brittle clear resins, NP1490 cures to a flexible polyurethane with a Shore A hardness of approximately 75. This flexibility provides enhanced impact resistance and vibration tolerance, helping to protect sensitive components such as LEDs and electronic assemblies from mechanical stress. Once cured, NP1490 performs reliably across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +130°C (application and geometry dependent), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

LABELLING SYSTEM SERIES 3 The unit is designed to accurately apply labels on PCB’s or on top of SERIES components. It uses a X-Y gantry to move the applicator head between the label printer and the placement position. The PCB is clamped in position and supported from the bottom by manual positioned magnetic support pins while one or more labels are applied at any desired position. The number of labels and their positions are easily programmed in WindowsTM based software.

Rochester Electronics and NXP Semiconductors have partnered together to continue the MPC860/MPC855 product family beyond the NXP published last-ship date. These versatile microprocessors are based on PowerPC cores and include multiple peripheral blocks including several adapted from previous NXP Quad Integrated Communications Controller devices and are ideal for use in communications and networking applications. They have been in production for over two decades, with many uses in long lifecycle applications. Through an exclusive NXP factory EOL die purchase, along with assembly and test licensing, Rochester will be supplying drop-in replacement and pin-compatible solutions beyond the NXP published last-ship date, December 1, 2023. These devices will be built from NXP-originated die and licensed assembly and test program specifications, providing a drop-in replacement that requires no design modifications.
