PCB Assembly Supports
TOOLING AND FIXTURING FOR THE PCB ASSEMBLY PROCESSES Tannlin utilises their knowledge and understanding of PCB manufacture and assembly to interpret customer requirements and design fit for purpose tooling. From customers DXF, gerber, ODB++ to 3D models, designs are developed in 3D CAD. Once the design is complete, it is presented to the customer so they have a complete representation proposal to review before any material is cut. Our tooling is designed to give our customers an efficient, reliable product that allows them to repeatedly run their process and achieve quality results.

PCB Design
Every customer application is different, and the design determines the execution. Your design and the type of technology are usually determined by you before you talk to us. This also means that about 80% of the cost of the PCB is determined in advance. Over-designed PCBs cost more and limit production capabilities. If you talk to us, at an early stage, we can offer cost-effective design and manufacturing options to deliver the best technology solution, along with a commercial advantage. We strive to reduce complexity and ensure that the design is an appropriate use of the technology. Sometimes customers need more support. It might be a broader design service, or that they are unfamiliar with one of the PCB technologies, or even that their internal team are overloaded. For these customers we can often provide design advice and even complete design including R&D and layout. Contact us at any stage and we will advise and support you in achieving your design goals.

PCB Design Health Check
DSL’s optional complimentary PCB Design Health Check Service let’s you use our in-house design engineers to give your PCB design a second set of expert eyes review, prior to us building your prototypes. We’ll be checking for design errors, from major functional issues to more minor tidying up issues – and provide a recommendation report on how to solve them. DSL provide a full man day of in-house engineering effort to increase the chances of your prototypes working first time – via this service we’ve caught many of the issues often overlooked during checking, that would have prevented a working PCB assembly or delayed delivery due to resolving issues mid-build.

PCB Design, Build, Assembly and Repair
Our manufacturing facility specialises in printed circuit board assembly, build, design and repair. It can do single prototype to quantities of 2,000 PCBs+ manufactured cost-effectively. We manufacture, test and repair PCB's, ensuring full lifecycle support. With 2 surface mount lines with AOI capability and skilled through hole technology employees. Our PCB cell alone consists of over 50 people who work to an ISO9001:205 quality standard.

PCB Magazine
These magazine racks are designed for fully automated assembly lines. On 700 series adjustment to PCB width is performed in seconds, thus reducing change-over times.

Our PCB portfolio – from multilayer PCBs to HDI and flex boards Our PCB portfolio contains a broad variety of PCB types; from 2L PCBs to highly advanced HDI and flex boards. Even though the PCBs we produce differ a lot regarding functionality and areas of use, they all have one thing in common. The common denominator for all PCBs is that our experts oversee that the production – from design to prototyping up to volume – is working according to our processes and product specification. All this so that we can produce high reliability PCBs. PCR Recycled Polymers
