Oven Controlled Oscillators (OCXO) with HCMOS / Sinewave output
OCXOs and VCOCXOs provide an exceptional frequency stability by heating an SC-cut crystal and further package-internal circuitry to a single temperature, and keeping that temperature stabilized over a range of environmental temperature changes. As this regulated and stabilized temperature is higher than the highest specified environmental temperature, the abbreviation OCXO stands for Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator. These OCXOs and VCOCXOs are an excellent choice if your application requires an extremely stable timing reference with part-per-billion frequency stability. Furthermore, key features are low phase noise, excellent short-term stability, low aging or low drift during holdover. • Frequency control option available (VCOCXO), • HCMOS output or Sinewave Output, 25.4 mm x 25.4 mm, • Superior frequency stability, best option ±0.5 ppb, • Wide temperature range up to -40°C ~ +85°C, • Supply voltage options 3.3 V, 5.0 V (option 12.0 V), • Reliable short-term performance, ADEV less than 1E-11 at 1 sec, • Rarely achievable high frequency solution, 100MHz OCXO / VCOCXO, • RoHS and REACH-compliant, 100% lead-free, conflict minerals free.

Ovens electrically heated
With their maximum working temperature of up to 300 °C and forced air circulation, the ovens achieve a very good temperature uniformity. They can be used for various applications such as e.g. drying, sterilizing or warm storing. Short delivery times from stock are ensured for standard models.
