Located in Ramsgate, Kent, our 11,000 sqm manufacturing site boasts 16 injection moulding machines ranging from 60 to 1,700 tons and 11 blow moulding machines ranging from 10 to 200 litres.
As we grow, we continue to invest in new equipment and robotics to maintain Flambeau Europe as a leader in the plastic processing industry.

Our fleet also includes 11 advanced blow moulding machines, incorporating accumulator heads, continuous extrusion systems, and suction blow moulding technology. At Flambeau Europe, our dedicated blow moulding facility is equipped with 11 advanced machines, including accumulator heads, continuous extrusion systems, and suction blow moulding technology.
