MoldFlow analysis is a vital step in ensuring injection moulded parts perform as intended. At Flambeau Europe, we use Autodesk MoldFlow software to simulate the flow of plastic in a mould cavity before tooling is manufactured. This allows us to predict and address issues such as incomplete fills, weld lines, air traps, warpage, or uneven cooling — all of which can compromise part quality and cause costly delays if left unchecked.
