    3. X-RAY 4000 Series

      X-RAY 4000 Series

The FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY 4000 is specially designed for coating thickness measurement and material analysis during strip electroplating processes. This measurement system has already been installed over 300 times in electroplating plants of diverse sizes. Because of the fast mechanisms for moving the measurement head, readings can be taken at various points on the product to be measured. The instrument's modular design enables targeted selection of the optimal X-ray source and the ideal detector to meet your specific requirements.

    4. X-Ray Inspection Services

      X-Ray Inspection Services

We have a range of inspection tools, including a new state of the art Nordson Dage Quadra 3 x-ray machine. All of our inspection of electronics is non-destructive, meaning your products may be re-used, reworked, or repaired – rather than wasted. Should we find defective products, we offer consultancy services, Track Repair and other PCBA rework, repair and modification services, all in line with IPC standards. Most of our inspection equipment is available for hire to use yourself. Training will be provided where needed. Alternatively, we are happy to take delivery of your products to inspect on your behalf, with the option of a full IPC compliant report. We have supported the electronics industry for many years with our non-destructive electronics testing and inspection, with our x-ray inspection proving pivotal in the manufacturing and production of many electronics assemblies. We’ve supported with prototypes, potted boards, multi-layer products, cable and wire harnesses, large volume batches, RF filter void analysis, plus many more.

    5. X-RAY XAN® 500

      X-RAY XAN® 500

Handheld, desktop, inline: the XAN®500 X-ray fluorescence instrument is Fischer’s most versatile yet. It can be used as a handheld device, as a fully enclosed desktop unit or integrated directly into production lines. Equipped with a tablet computer, the XAN500 also utilizes the time-proven WinFTM® software. Besides the classic coating thickness measurement functions, WinFTM also provides fundamental parameter analysis. This makes it possible to measure without prior calibration – that is, standard-free.

    6. X-RAY XULM®/XUL®

      X-RAY XULM®/XUL®

Measurement instruments from the XUL® series are the solution of choice wherever the need is to determine coating thicknesses quickly and very precisely in electroplating or electronics manufacturing. The X-ray fluorescence instruments measure from bottom to top, enabling easy positioning of samples on the measuring stage. All X-ray instruments in this range are equipped with the same detector. You can choose apertures, filters and X-ray tubes according to the individual measurement task.

    7. X500 – MoD Specification Conductive Floor Tile

X500 – MoD Specification Conductive Floor Tile

Developed over a 2-year period working exclusively with the UK’s Ministry of Defence (MoD), Ecotile has created a new ultra-low resistance, modular electro-static discharge flooring solution for use in explosives processing facilities and areas where static shocks could be lethal. Ecotile’s new specialist dissipative tile has been designed to meet the MoD’s Conductive Regime – a protocol required in areas where small static charges can cause OME (Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives) with ignition energies of 1mJ and below to ignite. So that static can be dissipated rapidly and safely, the Conductive Regime requires flooring to have less floor to earth resistance than civilian ESD flooring. Reviewed and tested by the MoD Defence Ordnance Safety Group (DOSG) in an Ammunition Process Building (APB), Ecotile’s new modular conductive flooring system delivers an average surface resistivity of 26.4KΩ. Perfect for use across the defence estate: - Explosives processing facilities - Ammunition Process Buildings - Use in Explosive Category C & D licenced buildings The DOSG highlighted in their technical assessment document that modular floors also offer some significant advantages when compared to other currently approved MoD ESD surfaces: - Currently, when sections of approved flooring are damaged or fall outside of tolerance, large sections of floor must be replaced, or the entire floor - Replacing large sections of floors is a costly and disruptive event - Modular floors offer the ability to interchange one damaged tile with another in a matter of minutes and return the building or work area to compliance quickly - Modular ESD tiles minimise disruption or downtime of an MoD asset whilst providing a significant financial saving

    8. X500/10 Heavy Duty Flooring 10mm

      X500/10 Heavy Duty Flooring 10mm

Ecotile’s 10mm ultra heavy-duty interlocking floor tiles are exceptionally tough. Our 10mm floor tiles are designed and manufactured by us in Bedfordshire. So, you can be sure they’re made to the highest specification and built to endure exceptionally heavy wear. -Extremely tough and hard-wearing -Excellent resistance to impact and vibration -Protects subfloor from damage -Insulates against cold and damp -Noise dampening -Minimal floor preparation -Improve employee comfort and the aesthetics of your facilities -Ultimate Floor Covering. Installed in Hours. As with all Ecotile Floor tiles, our 10mm tiles are designed to be loose-laid. So, they’re quick and simple to install in just a few hours. Perfect for businesses who can’t afford to stop. They can be fitted in sections, allowing you to continue operation during installation. Choosing Ecotile means you can avoid the cost of continually repainting or repairing damaged and worn concrete. Especially prudent when leasing premises. Simply cover and protect your subfloor with Ecotile, and it’ll serve you well for 20+ years. Next Level Floor Protection. Covering worn subfloors with Ecotile reduces slips and trips. Not to mention preventing forklift accidents on uneven and crumbling floors. A fire-retardant rating of Bfl-S1 class 1 and an R10 slip rating enhances safety in industrial premises. The 10mm tile is ideal for use in areas where heavier fork trucks, aisle stackers or narrow aisle trucks operate. Or where HGVs will be executing tight manoeuvres or rotating wheels whilst stationary. We’ve also installed them in aircraft hangars.

    9. XC65DX

      XC65DX

XC65DX The XC65Dx Cross Scanner utilizes three laser stripe scanners in one sensor. The three lasers are spaced 120 degrees apart and observe the part in question from three angles. By doing this, the XC65Dx can acquire the same amount of data with just one scan than a line scanner would do in three scans. This feature makes the XC65Dx well suited to feature inspection of slots, holes and grooves in sheet metals or items with a large complex surface area. It is often used in automotive BIW (Body-in-White) inspection, gap & flush and driveline casting inspection. Whilst the long standoff Cross Scanner retains the many advantages of the original XC65Dx, it also excels in dealing with accessing difficult-to-reach or obscured areas. By capturing geometries up to a distance of 170 mm (7.1”), the scanner gains optimum access to cavity surfaces of body-in-white structures or can scan over the clamps that hold components in position. For these reasons, the XC65Dx is used a lot on horizontal-arm CMM in the automotive industry.
