Short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF are the ideal industry-ready tool for microprocessing. They are well-suited for all standard processing methods such as cutting, drilling, ablating and structuring, in a wide range of materials. The bandwidth of the TruMicro Series ranges from short-pulse lasers operating in the nanosecond range (ns-lasers) to ultrashort pulse lasers, picosecond lasers and femtosecond lasers (ps- and fs-lasers). The ps-lasers and fs-lasers enable cold processing of the material even at moderate average power, meaning that there is practically no heat input on the workpiece. The average laser powers of the short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF range from 10 - 150 watts for the ultrashort pulse lasers to several hundred watts for the short-pulse lasers. The high peak pulse powers are unrivalled, with the total costs remaining extremely low over the full life cycle.

TUBE CUTS, SPACERS UP TO Ø 10 MM
Our tube sections are used in numerous applications, including as guide sleeves, support sleeves, spacer sleeves, crimp sleeves and much more. Tube End Expansion and Reduction
Timeless Tube's engineers can precisely adjust round tube diameters by up to 20% of the original size (depending on the material), achieving continuous, infinitely adjustable expansions and reductions for round tube within the specified range of each tool. Their highly flexible tooling provides a cost-effective solution for custom jobs and prototypes as well as volume production work. The machines can also accommodate pre-bent parts and other custom profiles such as Timeless Tube's radiused square tube.

Tube End Forming
We host 9 end-forming machines giving us the capacity to handle up to 50mm diameter tube. Investment in the latest all electric end forming machines allows us to produce complex end form details combining 7 ram stations plus 2 rotary stations on one machine. We host two parker parflange O lok & Triple lok machines to offer leak proof seals on hydraulic applications. Tube end transitions (oval-to-circular and square-to-circular)
Tube-end forming tools enable Timeless Tube fabricators to return shaped profiles such as oval and square tube back to circular tube at the ends. This is ideal for products such as exhaust transitions used in automotive applications. It also allows manufacturers to use standard circular tube fittings while benefitting from the aesthetics and ergonomics of distinctive shaped tube profiles.
