CNC Milling
At Broxton, our CNC milling capabilities are characterized by cutting-edge technology and specialization in high-speed aluminum machining. Our significant investment in 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC milling machine tools provide the perfect capacity for complex and precise machining of small and medium-sized parts. Our 40-pallet loading system and lights-out automation enable medium-volume repeat production with minimal human intervention, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing lead times. We utilize world-class machine tools from Mazak, DMG Mori, and Brother, along with advanced Computer-Aided Manufacturing software, Hypermill, which provides collision detection, advanced tool paths and cutting strategies. Our commitment to using advanced tooling technology ensures optimal results, while our "done in one" approach, facilitated by multi-axis machining, reduces the number of operations required. At Broxton, we pride ourselves on delivering superior CNC milling solutions with increased efficiency and reduced lead times, setting a new standard in the industry.

CNC Milling
Our 3, 4 and 5 axis milling machines allow for exceptional accuracy with flexibility to manufacture in a cost effective manner. Quality components can be manufactured across all types of materials, ranging from ferrous and non-ferrous metals to plastics, using the highest quality tooling. For more complex projects, our Haas UMC-750 machines provide simultaneous 5-axis machining with a 762 x 508 x 508mm working envelope, allowing for production to precise tolerances and excellent repeatability at a commercially viable cost. Our 3 and 4-axis machines provide a generous work envelope of XYZ 1270 x 508 x 635mm, delivering versatile machining across various materials. All machines are routinely inspected and maintained, ensuring positional accuracy and maximum uptime.

CNC Punch
The TruPunch 1000 is the perfect for professional punching. The compact machine excels with its high level of processing flexibility: In addition to just punching, you can also use it to form threads, extrude, and bend flanges. You can process midsize sheets completely in one tool setup without repositioning. You can even produce smaller orders and lot sizes economically, quickly and with flexibility.

CNC PUNCHING
We have a team of experienced in-house CNC Punching engineers, whose skills are ideally matched to our supply of state-of-the-art machinery. That includes AMADA high precision ns intelligent CNC turret punch press machines, the best in the business, which are also fitted with the latest tooling and technology. We’ve worked in the metalwork and fabrications industry for a collective of 50+ years. We’re well connected within our sector, able to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques and best practices, as well as continually investing in the most advanced tech to complement our machinery

CNC Punching
At Broxton, we utilize cutting-edge CNC punching technology from Trumpf to deliver exceptional performance and precision. Our automated punch cell features a SheetMaster Compact with a 2-ton load capacity, enabling unmanned operation and significantly increasing productivity and flexibility. This setup enables overnight production, with the SortMaster Compact efficiently removing and stacking finished parts on a pallet for the next stage. Our advanced descending die technology produces high-quality, scratch-free components, while the energy-efficient all-electric dynamic Delta Drive reduces energy consumption compared to traditional hydraulic systems. This makes our system ideal for producing high-quality, light-gauge (1-3mm) sheet metal blanks. It is particularly well-suited for creating thin-gauge precise blanks with complex punched forms and threads, such as those used in electronic housings. Our comprehensive tool library supports intricate punch and form features with minimal customer investment in tooling, further expanding our manufacturing capabilities.
