Our advanced descending die technology produces high-quality, scratch-free components, while the energy-efficient all-electric dynamic Delta Drive reduces energy consumption compared to traditional hydraulic systems. This makes our system ideal for producing high-quality, light-gauge (1-3mm) sheet metal blanks. It is particularly well-suited for creating thin-gauge precise blanks with complex punched forms and threads, such as those used in electronic housings. Our comprehensive tool library supports intricate punch and form features with minimal customer investment in tooling, further expanding our manufacturing capabilities.

Our Haas machines offer live tool turning for high quality, complex turned components to exact specification across all types of materials, ranging from ferrous and non-ferrous metals to plastics. For larger turned components our Haas ST-30 machines offer heavy cutting ability and extreme rigidity for the manufacture of components up to 533mm in diameter and 660mm in length. All our turning machines are continually serviced and inspected to ensure that precise tolerances are maintained and lost production capability is avoided.
