In house toolmaking capability

In-house EMC testing capabilities
EMC testing accelerates our capabilities and reduces overall risk and friction when it comes to compliance and approvals of a product dev. Lc600 Radiated emissions and immunity test cell: 30MHz to 6GHZ with supporting hardware for full radiated immunity testing and radiated emissions testing. Using this in-house test cell facility together with Validation and Verification; such that when a product we develop goes for an external certification test, it passes first time! These resources further allow us to fundamentally reduce risk when in the Compliance phases of product design & development.

In-House Inspection Laboratory
Our state-of-the-art counterfeit detection labs conduct rigorous in-house quality control measures, ensuring that every component is thoroughly inspected and verified. We employ a combination of destructive, nondestructive, and custom testing solutions to safeguard the integrity and reliability of your electronic components.

In-Mould Labelling
In-mould labelling (IML) is an advanced manufacturing technique that integrates printed labels directly into the surface of plastic components during the moulding process. This allows logos, branding, and product information to become a permanent part of the item, offering superior durability, aesthetics, and resistance to wear compared to traditional post-production labelling methods. At Flambeau Europe, we use IML to create high-quality, fully customised branding on injection-moulded parts. The process begins with precision-printed labels that are carefully placed into the mould cavity. During injection, molten polymer fuses with the label, producing a seamless, scratch-resistant finish that maintains clarity and vibrancy over the product’s lifetime. IML provides multiple advantages for businesses. It ensures brand consistency, reduces the risk of label peeling or fading, and eliminates the need for separate labelling steps in assembly, saving time and cost. Additionally, it allows for complex designs, multi-colour logos, and regulatory or product information to be included directly on the part. By integrating in-mould labelling into our turnkey manufacturing service, Flambeau Europe ensures that branded components are produced efficiently, accurately, and ready for assembly or distribution. Customers benefit from a streamlined process, high-quality presentation, and enhanced brand impact on every product. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: • Permanent branding: Logos and designs are fused directly into the part. • Durable finish: Scratch-resistant and long-lasting labels. • Cost-efficient: Eliminates additional labelling steps. • Complex designs possible: Multi-colour logos and detailed graphics achievable. • Turnkey integration: Works seamlessly with injection moulding and assembly.
