Located in Ramsgate, Kent, our 11,000 sqm manufacturing site boasts 16 injection moulding machines ranging from 60 to 1,700 tons and 11 blow moulding machines ranging from 10 to 200 litres.

Flambeau Europeโs manufacturing capability is underpinned by an extensive and versatile machinery fleet, allowing us to produce components of varying size, complexity, and volume with precision and efficiency. Across our global network, we operate over 160 dedicated injection moulding machines, with clamp forces ranging from 24 to 1700 tons, capable of handling both small and large-scale projects. At our Ramsgate facility alone, 17 machines cover 60 to 1700 tons, providing flexibility for diverse production requirements. Our fleet also includes 11 advanced blow moulding machines, incorporating accumulator heads, continuous extrusion systems, and suction blow moulding technology. This enables production of hollow parts with volumes from 10 to 200 litres, supporting a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
