E-Qual 96TSC is a high-performance, lead-free solder alloy designed as a direct substitute for traditional tin/lead solders in all electronics assembly operations. It is an all-around, lead-free alternative proven in production use. This eutectic alloy offers a precise melting point and exceptional joint performance.

Product Description

E-Qual 96TSC alloy is the lowest melting, high-tin, lead-free alloy without undesirable additions. While equipment settings will require adjustment due to its melting point being 34°c higher than tin/lead eutectic alloy, the resulting soldered joints provide reliable performance. Regular analysis of the solder bath content is recommended to ensure optimum performance and prevent impurity build-up. DKL Metals offers a free bath analysis program for this purpose to our customers. Copper levels can often be controlled by topping up the bath with E-Qual 96TS copper-free alloy.
