The DKL Metals E-Qual SMQ 63/37 solder is an ultra-high purity, Surface Mount Quality (SMQ) tin-lead alloy (Sn63/Pb37) designed for critical electronic assembly applications. Manufactured from high-grade refined virgin metals, this product sets high standards for performance and purity, meeting or exceeding all internationally recognised standards, including ISO 9453 Alloy 101/102 and USA J-STD-006. It has a eutectic melting point of 183°C (361°F).
