We delivers to countries including South Korea, China, the Czech Republic, the USA, Germany, France and, of course, the UK. Local, direct distribution can be completed using our Nordell-owned fleet of delivery vehicles, providing a maximum payload of 10 pallets per delivery. This model offers a very cost-effective and easy delivery solution. We have scheduled delivery routes across the week. However, we are happy to discuss frequency and delivery day solutions that meet your requirements. For International delivery and delivery outside of our local area, we work with Logistics providers such as DHL and FEDEX that can arrange distribution to your destination of choice.

      Among the pallets, packing cases, and precision work of our sites, a quieter project has taken flight — quite literally. Every day, our CNC machine produces expertly cut components for export packaging. But we noticed something: offcuts of plywood were piling up — too small for crates, yet too valuable to waste. Rather than sending this wood for recycling or disposal, our team found a better idea. Using our CNC machine’s accuracy and a touch of creativity, we began producing bird boxes from these waste wood pieces. Each bird box is made entirely from offcuts that would otherwise be discarded. The precision of CNC cutting ensures every piece fits perfectly, making the assembly efficient and the end product wildlife friendly.The aim of the bird box design was to produce a kit that could be assembled without tools. Thus, allowing children and adults to assemble the birdbox, with a reduced risk of injury. Each box will simply slot together without the need for hammer and nails. The birdboxes are deliberately supplied needing a bit of sanding, so that a degree of woodworking is needed to complete the build. These bird boxes are supplied to local green spaces, schools, and community groups - helping provide safe nesting spots for small birds while showcasing what sustainable manufacturing can achieve. Children and adults enjoy adding their own creative touches to the bird boxes. Some have even been painted! From protecting shipments to protecting wildlife as we approach nesting time, this project reflects our belief that every piece of wood has a purpose — and every company can make a difference.
