ARG (Automated Robot Guidance) is an advanced 3D vision system designed to enhance the accuracy, flexibility, and reliability of robotic tightening and drilling operations. Smarter Robot Guidance with 3D Vision: ARG uses high-precision 3D vision technology to detect holes, fasteners, or features on the part and calculate their exact spatial position. Over the years we have developed our printing department and perfected the art of screen printing onto customers parts. With our newly purchased Automated Screen-printing machine, we are now able to increase capacity, provide consistent quality and an even more professional finish. We have now further expanded and improved our printing offerings, by introducing pad printing. With our new pad printing equipment, we are able to print high volumes of parts in two colours. This enables us to speedup the process, saving our customers time and setup costs. Pad Printing can also be used to print complex components.

Available in both Sn60Pb40 (for leaded applications) and Pure Tin grades (for lead-free). - DKL B27 Body Solder: A traditional tin/lead/antimony based body solder with around 27% tin content, ideal for historical restoration applications. This product has a low melting point and a wide melting range, making it easy to work with and manipulate to the desired shape. It is available in 250g sticks, 500g, and 1kg bars. - DKL Sn97Cu3 Lead Free Body Solder: For applications where a lead-free solution is required, this alloy (ISO 9453:2020(E) Alloy 402) provides a high-strength, environmentally friendly, and robust alternative. It is a tin-copper alloy with good flowing properties that provides a reliable, long-lasting connection. It comes in 250g sticks, 500g, and 1kg bars. - DKL B128 High Activity Soldering Flux: This flux can be used with both leaded and lead-free applications to help remove additional oxidation that may occur during the process. It is available in 1 and 5 litre containers. Our automotive repair products provide a professional-grade finish, greater corrosion resistance, and the ability to re-work the panel if the desired profile is not achieved the first time.
