DKL Metals: The Choice for Automotive Body Repairs There is no substitute for a traditional metal loaded seam on a classic car restoration, which is why DKL Metals continues to offer high-quality products for automotive body repairs. Using a metal-loaded seam, rather than modern polyester-based fillers, results in a durable, high-strength, and permanent repair that maintains joint integrity and is trusted by vehicle restorers. Our Product Range We offer both traditional leaded and modern lead-free solutions to suit all requirements. - DKL Solder Paint: A viscous material that can be applied to vertical panels without wastage. It provides a preparatory undercoat (tinning) for body solder. Available in both Sn60Pb40 (for leaded applications) and Pure Tin grades (for lead-free). - DKL B27 Body Solder: A traditional tin/lead/antimony based body solder with around 27% tin content, ideal for historical restoration applications. This product has a low melting point and a wide melting range, making it easy to work with and manipulate to the desired shape. It is available in 250g sticks, 500g, and 1kg bars. - DKL Sn97Cu3 Lead Free Body Solder: For applications where a lead-free solution is required, this alloy (ISO 9453:2020(E) Alloy 402) provides a high-strength, environmentally friendly, and robust alternative. It is a tin-copper alloy with good flowing properties that provides a reliable, long-lasting connection. It comes in 250g sticks, 500g, and 1kg bars. - DKL B128 High Activity Soldering Flux: This flux can be used with both leaded and lead-free applications to help remove additional oxidation that may occur during the process. It is available in 1 and 5 litre containers. Our automotive repair products provide a professional-grade finish, greater corrosion resistance, and the ability to re-work the panel if the desired profile is not achieved the first time. This offers significant economies in both material use and labour time.

Axial Fans - High pressure mini tube or duct fans with new high speed motors
Micronel will introduce several new product ranges during 2023 starting with a new extension and upgrade to their range of axial “tube” or “duct” fans. Compared to normal flat fans the New Micronel D-Line Tube Fans provide much higher pressures, up to 940 pa whilst still maintaining high air flows up to 1910 lpm and can easily force air through densely packed electronic systems, labyrinths, and along tubes both in pressure and suction applications. The new Micronel Tube D Fans comprise a highly efficient, high speed brushless motor that gives longer life and higher efficiency and has a built-in integrated BLDC driver electronic for plug and run ease of use. Available in a range of voltages and modular sizes from the super small 24mm Ø diameter through to the high airflow 80mm Ø making them ideal for applications from portable battery handheld through to larger industrial cooling and ventilation options. The higher speed motors rotate at up to 19,500rpm and can be controlled with dedicated set speed signal voltage or PWM and have a Tachometer output option for speed and operation feedback. A choice of optional flange mountings is available as well as guards and filters and full customization is possible. Axial Tube Fans
Tube fans provide high air flow rates with consistently high pressure behavior. The ideal solution for suction, ventilation and cooling applications of all kinds. Our powerful tube fans are used wherever high-pressure volume flows are required in confined spaces. Typical applications are cooling, fresh air or exhaust applications in medical or industrial environments. Our blowers are extremely efficient, low-noise and durable. We mainly use brushless motors of the highest quality, ensuring maximum power density with high efficiency and long service life. Our fans are flow-optimized and are made of high-performance materials. They are finely balanced and therefore extremely quiet and low-vibration. Our longstanding, versatile and proven application and engineering expertise makes us the ideal partner also for customer-specific solutions. Axiom CNC CMM
The best selling Aberlink CMM just got even better! The Axiom too has been Aberlink’s best-selling range of CMM with thousands of machines sold around the world since 2004. The brand-new Axiom is the latest evolution of this well respected CMM. Employing a stiffer bridge design, incorporating a wider air bearing separation, means the latest Axiom has further improved on what was already a great package. Being faster, more accurate, and just as reliable, this improved Axiom is set to continue being the CMM of choice in it’s target market. With three different measuring volumes available utilising Y-axis travels up to 1200 millimetres, there is an Axiom to suit every small to mid size application. Available as either a manual machine or with full CNC control.
