For maximum productivity, our LiftMaster automation system provides flexible and efficient capacity for the production of laser blanks, handling loads up to 2 tons and enabling lights-out production through the night. We utilize an in-house generated nitrogen supply, produced by the MSS Nitrocube, to ensure a low-cost, reliable, on-demand supply of cutting assist gas, which is essential for achieving perfect cutting and edge quality. Our processes are programmed using market-leading Radan CAM software, with dynamic nesting that optimizes sheet utilization and minimizes material waste. Further efficiencies are gained by nesting different production batches together that use the same sheet material, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal waste.

Our high-performance laser etching machine offers a fast, infinitely customisable, non-contact method for creating artwork and practical product features, such as identification marks. Our customers use laser etching to mark parts with serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes. These markings contain vital information that tracks the source of a particular product throughout its entire life cycle. Laser etching can help our customers ensure the safety and durability of their products for end users by allowing them to trace every part. By laser etching a mark onto an item, it will remain readable for the part’s useful life and withstand non-abrasive treatments, including e-coating, powder coating and heat treating.
