Rubber mushroom plug
A mushroom plug is used for blanking off holes in metal panels, especially where the panel is too thick for a standard Blind Grommet.

Rubber tapered bungs
A Tapered Bung / Stopper is used to plug holes in metal plates. We offer a range of stocked tapered rubber bungs and we can also manufacture custom tapered bungs.

Rubber tapered plugs
A tapered plug is used for blanking off holes in metal panels, especially where the panel is too thick for a standard blind grommet. We offer a range of stocked tapered rubber plugs and we can also manufacture custom tapered plugs.

Rubber washers
A washer distributes the pressure of the nut evenly over the surface to prevent damage to the surface or to ensure the nut presses against a smooth surface to reduce the chance it will gradually loosen. We offer a range of stocked rubber washes and we can also manufacture custom rubber washes.

SABIC® POM – Precision, Strength & Dimensional Stability
SABIC® POM – Precision, Strength & Dimensional Stability Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as Acetal, is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic designed for applications requiring precision, stiffness, and excellent wear resistance. SABIC® POM combines a low coefficient of friction with outstanding fatigue strength, making it highly suitable for components that experience continuous movement, mechanical stress, or sliding contact. The material offers exceptional dimensional stability, allowing tight tolerances to be maintained throughout the product lifecycle — even under variable thermal or mechanical load. Its high chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent creep performance make it a preferred choice for engineering environments where durability and reliability are critical. Typical applications include: Automotive: fuel system components, gears, pumps, clips, fasteners Industrial engineering: bearings, bushings, rollers, conveyor parts, precision gears Electronics & consumer goods: zippers, hinges, appliance mechanisms, buttons, pen mechanisms Plumbing & fluid handling: valves, fittings, flow control elements SABIC® POM materials are engineered for smooth processing, consistent quality, and excellent long-term mechanical behaviour. Their reliability in dynamic and high-wear systems makes them a trusted solution across multiple sectors — wherever precision meets performance.

Safe Break, Short Body Option, 22.5mm Emergency Stop Switches
The XW series of Emergency Stop switches include a revolutionary new technology called safe break action that will change the way E-Stop switches are designed. This innovative concept provides greater levels of human safety and is the first of its kind in the world. Conventional E-Stop switches are designed with spring pressure on the Normally Closed (NC) contacts, keeping them in the closed position and allowing the machine to operate. Improper installation or excessive force to the stop button in an emergency may break or dislodge a vital part, causing the spring loaded contact to stay closed. This situation renders the E-Stop incapable of stopping the machine and can lead to catastrophic events, personal injury and possible loss of life.

Samchully JB Jaw Boring Chuck
Samchully JBM / JBH Jaw Boring Open Center Hydraulic Chuck The world’s first power chuck with a built-in boring ring. No special equipment required to bore jaws. The JB Power Chuck eliminates the need for costly conventional boring rings and pre-machined slugs. A standard hex head Allen Wrench is the only tool required to bore jaws. The JB Chuck features a proprietary rotating sleeve aligned with the chuck’s master jaws allowing machinists to quickly and conveniently bore soft jaws without conventional boring rings or slugs. 100% compatible with Standard chucks (HS, MH Series) Application / Benefits Eliminates boring rings Reduce set-up time for boring soft jaws by 90% Bore soft jaws in fine increments of 0.1mm Extend the life of soft jaws Samchully’s JB range is available in 8 models (JBM-306, JBM-308, JBM-310, JBM-312, JBH-306, JBH-308, JBH-310, JBH-312) Easy adjustment – minimizes downtime up to 90% by eliminating cumbersome calculations and adjustments. Extends the life of soft jaws – Standard hydraulic chuck jaws must be bored in increments of at least one serration pitch, 1.5 mm (0.059”). The JB Chuck’s scroll curve provides much finer adjustment capabilities, allowing customers to bore jaws in significantly smaller increments of just 0.004” (0.1 mm). This feature extends the lifespan of soft jaws by enabling them to be bored up to 15 times more than the jaws of a standard power chuck. Extended jaw boring range – The JB Chuck increases the maximum boring diameter 20% by eliminating the boring ring that attaches to the jaw mounting bolts. Precision – Achieves runout of 0.0004” (0.01mm) with bored jaws. The JB chuck achieves the same level of accuracy you’ve come to expect from a premium quality Samchully power chuck. Robot ready – Standard power chucks are challenging to integrate with automation, as boring the jaws requires manual intervention. The JB chuck has the unique capability of automating this process.
