ASSEMBLY
Skilled and innovative, our dedicated assembly team builds both products and the components needed to create them. The tools this team uses depend entirely on the unique design of the product or component required. Our engineers are used to working with a large variety of different materials, working flexibly to accommodate our clients’ needs, and are constantly applying different techniques and practices to innovate product after product.

Assembly
Many of our customers are now looking for complete finished assemblies, which are in a condition ready to fit on line, or on site. Broadwater is able to supply such “ready to fit” assemblies, and has created the appropriate environment for carrying out this type of work. The complexity of supplied assemblies may range from trimmed, finished mouldings with a few bonded location brackets, to ones with calibrated lasers, electronic components, wiring harnesses, and sealing systems.

Assembly
At Broxton, we specialise in a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly, offering the ideal solution for the supply of top-level assemblies and sub-assemblies tailored to customer needs. Mechanical assembly capabilities include screw and rivet assembly of metal sub-parts and associated hardware, while our electrical assembly expertise includes wired components such as LEDs, fans and PSU’s. We also provide bespoke packaging to meet specific requirements. Typical assemblies encompass wired lighting products, complex metalwork kits, and basic assemblies, all executed with precision and attention to detail. Our flexible assembly service consolidates the parts you order and receive, ensuring you benefit with a streamlined and efficient supply.

Assembly
The projects we undertake are distinguished by their variety. As no project is like the next, the assembly process has to remain flexible too. We’ll discuss assembly by hand versus that by automation and we’ll consider a mix of techniques that include: mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly; functional testing; sonic welding; riveting; heat stake; gluing; and pad printing. Our assembly and packaging team gives us the ability to provide the additional benefit of creating a retail-ready standard product.
