    1. Ultrasonic Mould Cleaners: Corus Range

      Ultrasonic Mould Cleaners: Corus Range

Injection Mould Ultrasonic Cleaner, designed specifically for efficient maintenance cleaning in various applications. This advanced cleaning system features independent modules, each capable of performing washing, rinsing, and drying stages. By placing multiple units side by side, users can create a streamlined assembly line. Additional components such as storage tanks, filtration systems, Ergo Station, and chain hoists can be seamlessly integrated to enhance the system's capabilities. The Corus HD Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed for cleaning tools and moulds. Its modular design allows users to create an assembly line with multiple units for washing, rinsing, and drying. The cleaning process includes a two-step tank system: ultrasonic wash with immersion rinsing or hot passivation. Optional hot air dryers ensure effective drying. The tank dimensions of the Corus HD are tailored to accommodate standard injection mould sizes. During the cleaning process, the cleaned parts can be placed in the tank using either a wash basket or a lifting beam. Both the wash baskets and lifting beams are compatible with the standardised tank designs, ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, users have the flexibility to expand the system with storage tanks, filtration systems, Ergo Station, chain hoists, and other complementary components. When handling moulds, the lifting beams match the cleaning machine's dimensions and weight capacity. Operators can easily lift and transport the moulds using a separate hoist (not included). The wash tank has supports designed for the lifting beam and can bear the mould's weight. During the cleaning process, the chain hoist can be detached and the lid securely closed. In the quick rinse and passivation stages, the lifting beam is supported by the hoist. Control devices for temperature, treatment time, and start/stop functions are conveniently located on the front panel of the tanks.

    6. Unit & PCBA Testing

      Unit & PCBA Testing

Testing assemblies is very much a customer-specific requirement and relates to the complexity and functionality of each board or electronic unit. Using product-specific test methods or customer tests, we can establish problems and help determine causes. We work with customers to produce, when specified, Special To-Type Test Equipment (STTE) to test electronic functionality, but equally, we can use customer-supplied test equipment. Environmental Test Chamber (Stress Test) Our inhouse environmental test chamber helps pre-qualify your PCB or electronic equipment by artificially replicating the conditions under which they might be exposed. This helps establish reliability, measure failure and analyse causes. Our chamber has a 190 litre capacity, with a temperature range of -40c to +180c and a humidity range of 10% to 98% RH (climate range from +10c to +94c). Counterfeiting Counterfeit parts pose a risk of not performing to specification or failing in the field. We ensure part authenticity by only purchasing components from our trusted distributors who have good control of their supply chain.

Suitable for use with DEWE2 or DEWE3 systems or with third party devices. Modules are auto detected by the Oxygen data acquisition software. Ideal for logging low speed temperature data in same data set as high speed analogue data.

    8. UV Resistant Labels

      UV Resistant Labels

The UV resistant labels produced by GSM Graphic Arts have been tested by an external testing house and are guaranteed not to fade within a minimum of 5 years. This testing was commissioned following a request from one of our long term customers, a manufacturer of commercial garden machinery, who specified that all the warning labels used on their equipment must remain legible for a minimum of 5 years and so conformed to ANSI B71.4 for decal durability In order to ensure a recognised test was completed we went to a registered testing house and commissioned a Xenon Arc test which consisted of light & dark cycles, varying temperatures and water spray. The samples were reviewed every 250 hours and the test duration totalled 2000 hours. A copy of the test report is available on request. Therefore we can offer UV Resistant labels with confidence that the inks won’t fade and the material will not discolour or become brittle. This means that GSM can guarantee durability for graphic overlays and fascias which incorporate lcd display windows as well for serial number labels and barcodes labels. Contact us now to discuss your UV resistant label requirements or to request samples.
