TruMark Station Family
TRUMPF marking systems are available in different sizes and performance classes, and with a range of equipment. From marking to surface processing operations such as cleaning and structuring – we stock the perfect device for every application! Our marking systems offer a complete turnkey solution including software and image processing, and can be configured to meet individual requirements thanks to a flexible range of options. This means that the marking systems can be tailored to specific requirements, offering customised solutions for various industries – whether in mechanical engineering or medical technology. The devices are easy and safe to operate, enabling ergonomic working while standing or seated. TRUMPF's marking systems are certified according to laser protection class 1, so they can be used in the factory without any additional protective measures.

TruMicro Family
Short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF are the ideal industry-ready tool for microprocessing. They are well-suited for all standard processing methods such as cutting, drilling, ablating and structuring, in a wide range of materials. The bandwidth of the TruMicro Series ranges from short-pulse lasers operating in the nanosecond range (ns-lasers) to ultrashort pulse lasers, picosecond lasers and femtosecond lasers (ps- and fs-lasers). The ps-lasers and fs-lasers enable cold processing of the material even at moderate average power, meaning that there is practically no heat input on the workpiece. The average laser powers of the short and ultrashort pulse lasers from TRUMPF range from 10 - 150 watts for the ultrashort pulse lasers to several hundred watts for the short-pulse lasers. The high peak pulse powers are unrivalled, with the total costs remaining extremely low over the full life cycle.

Tube Bender Tooling
Whatever your consumable bend tooling requirements or frequency, we’ll supply to order or create a bespoke tooling agreement that meets your needs perfectly – holding the wiper dies, mandrel balls, mandrel wires, links and other stock you require at one of our UK, USA or partner facilities for scheduled and swift, on-demand delivery. Unison Consumable Tooling Agreements allow our customers to take advantage of shorter lead times, reduced on-site stockholding levels and significant cost savings. Unison launches new consumable tooling service As well as consumable bend tooling, we also produce long-life precision tooling for the most challenging of tube manipulation applications. Choosing Unison consumable tooling means: Scheduled and on-demand consumable tooling delivery Much faster delivery times than made-to-order tools Eliminate the risk of a tooling shortage stopping production Standardise the tooling used across all your facilities Reduce the stockholding and value of tooling you keep on site Save money – volume discounts and convenient, regular payments If a consumable tooling agreement isn’t for your business, we also offer one off orders, allowing you to get the consumable tooling supplies you need on short lead times.

Tube Bending
We manipulate various types of metal including mild steels, stainless steels, aluminium, copper, brass & pre-coated tube. Tube section profiles include: Round Box Flat sided oval Rectangle We have the capabilities to bend tubes up to 50mm diameter (2”). Highly complex bending solutions can be achieved with our state of the art 12-axis CNC bending machines. Formbend represents sustainable, long-standing success and continues to invest in the latest equipment to be able to offer existing and potential customers the best and most cost-effective solutions. With our 14 bending machines we can offer a solution to most applications. Latest technology in CNC bending All electric bending machines Hydraulic bending machines Non-contact laser measuring machines Investing in the latest technology gives us the ability to turn CAD files into reality in just a few clicks & reverse engineer your samples. Tube Bending Machines
With precise, all-electric operation, user-friendly programming, rapid tool changes and uncompromising accuracy and repeatability, Unison Breeze machines have redefined tube bending. Widely seen as the ultimate tube bending machines by specialist manufacturers and subcontractors, Unison Breeze models deliver right-first-time repeat tube bending, using feedback from our very own Opt2Sim Scan 3D measuring device, or from brands such as Romer, Faro, AICON and Creaform. Intelligent solutions, such as our rise and fall pressure die (which allows tools of different radii to be used during a production cycle), barcode tooling, laser springback correction and servo-rake wiper adjustment offer significant operational savings. As does each Breeze machine’s exceptionally low energy consumption – typically one tenth of that used by an equivalent hydraulic machine. Add exceptional power and control for high-quality thin wall bending, and Unison Breeze machines make light work of challenges where other tube benders may struggle.

TUBE CUTS FROM Ø 10 MM OUTSIDE DIAMETER - > 60 MM
High-precision tube cuts from Ø 10mm in an all-round package or as contract work for our customers. Our services include both large series in an all-round package and individual contract work for our customers.
