Procurement
When required, customers may take advantage of our component and materials purchasing expertise to provide full procurement and bill of materials control. In doing so you are guaranteed a competitive and quality service for both prototype and production quantities managed with the aid of an integrated purchasing and inventory control computer system. Strategic alliances are in place with franchised distributors as well as established relationships with world-wide component sourcing specialists and manufacturers. This, together with the experience of our own production and procurement engineers often allows difficult components to be sourced. Where component obsolescence is a problem we can also advise alternatives to assist in maintaining the critical flow of your production.

Product assembly
We minimise risk by keeping design and manufacturing under one roof, from concept to fully assembled electronic products.

Product Build
Here at European Circuits we offer a full turnkey service from design of PCB's right through to final build of your product. Contact us for more information or visit our website.

Product development
If you need to pair unusual materials for a result, or have specific processing or aesthetic requirements, light weight, low friction or environmental resistance properties, we will collaborate with you to develop a product that provides the performance you need.

Product Labels
Product labels are used on almost every product sold and GSM Graphic Arts has over 45 years of experience manufacturing metal and plastic product labels. We work with our customers to ensure we offer the best solution for their bespoke requirements. Our plastic product labels can either be digitally or screen printed and include bold colours to ensure that your product stands out. Using polycarbonate or polyester in a variety of thicknesses we can under-surface print so that the material acts as a barrier to the ink creating a very durable label that may be used in external environments. Anodised aluminium product labels are manufactured using anodised aluminium that has been electrically charged to open the pores of the material. Anodic inks are then printed into the pores and sealed so that the detail printed is sealed beneath the anodic layer, creating a durable and heavy duty product label. Stainless steel product labels can be offered in 316 stainless steel so that they can be used in marine and offshore environments and will be able to withstand the elements. Chemically etching the stainless steel creates detail that can survive in the harshest of environments. Please contact us to discuss your product labelling requirements with us.

Production Engineering Services
To ensure the issues often encountered in the production of complex electronic based products are effectively handled, each customer order is managed by a dedicated Production Engineer. All Production Engineers are multi-disciplined with immediate access to other specialist engineers, all of whom are on hand to provide advice during the development of new products or to optimise the design of existing products for all levels of production capacity. This will ensure you have a design suitable for production that can be manufactured in the most efficient way possible, so helping to maintain your cost advantage without sacrificing quality in today’s competitive and demanding market place.

Production Lines
Mega Labstations and Production Lines available with and without sink. Ideal where a number of processes are required in PCB and metal etching production.

Project Management
At JOTA Advanced Engineering we are able to deliver full service project management, from the first concept through to the finished product. Building upon our experience in professional, international motorsport, where working to strict deadlines and exacting specifications is crucial, we deploy our team of in-house experts to build a bespoke service based on the client’s needs. With a fully consultative approach, we work closely with the client to develop a schedule encompassing where needed design, prototyping, testing, production and assembly – and are experts in working to time and budget constraints. Pre-defined objectives are continually monitored by our team, working to reduce risk and assure quality of the finished product. Our approach is flexible and we are happy to offer a level of project management involvement that fits around the client’s experience and needs.

Project Management & DFM
We understand this process can be a new experience for some and MGS Technical Plastics will be here to guide you throughout. During the manufacture of your tool, the process will be overseen by a skilled project engineer. The process begins with a detailed design review, where the feasibility of the product and tool design are analysed and revised until final approval. During the tooling manufacturing process, we provide continuous communication and project updates so you can rest assured that the project remains on track and in scope.

Protective Case Packaging
Case packaging provides ultimate protection for your products. We supply a wide range of branded cases; with bespoke foam inserts that we design and manufacture ourselves to provide your products with high-quality protection. The benefit of using case packaging is that it is resilient and robust allowing, it to be reused multiple times. Protective case packaging assists with protection against liquid and dust ingress.
Prototyping
Need a prototype as soon as possible? Ask us for details of our prototyping service, which we undertake ourselves and never sub-contract elsewhere. The first physical version of your project will come to life in our secure production department, and you can be there to see it, if so desired. We are experts in electronics design, so we can carry out all the required testing and modifications to make your project a success. All this helps to eliminate a lot of major costs before you commit to the final PCB.

Prototyping
Producing precision prototypes can be an essential step in establishing the most cost effective way of volume producing components using the most suitable materials. We offer rapid response prototyping built on our production equipment, allowing us to check for improvement opportunities and analyse any complications that may arise prior to full-scale production. As part of a full-service design project or as a standalone assignment, our prototyping service gives clients the confidence that their designs will be produced to exacting standards enabling the precision functionality of the finished product.
